Commercial/Consumer Lender for the Hispanic Division.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Bilingual Commercial/ Consumer Lender to help build and grow relationships with Hispanic business owners and consumers in the Oklahoma City metro area. This role requires someone who is passionate about community outreach, financial education, and helping entrepreneurs and families succeed financially.
  Key Responsibilities
 Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial and consumer loans, with a focus on the Hispanic market

• Build strong relationships with local Hispanic business owners, families, and community leaders
• Promote Regent Bank’s products and services through community involvement, networking events, and direct outreach
• Collaborate with branch team members to deliver exceptional customer service
• Evaluate creditworthiness and make sound lending decisions in line with bank policies
• Participate in business development efforts and contribute to the growth goals of the Oklahoma City market
