As the Blue Basketball Operations Coordinator, your work is important in providing support and assistance to our operations at the Oklahoma City Blue at the ION-Edmond. We are looking for someone who strives to set and maintain the highest standards for an elite performing operation, specifically, an individual who will lead logistical planning and execution, audit and improve the environment by uncovering working best practices, perform daily administrative duties, and support special projects that require additional effort and coordination. Additionally, this role will serve the Blue GM and Blue Head Coach by supporting the planning and execution of key activities related to player experience, including player visits, draft workouts, player onboarding / offboarding, and milestone season events such as the G League Draft. This role is assigned to the Oklahoma City Blue and the work location will be in Edmond, OK.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Vice President of Growth and Governance. Work schedule may include long hours on short notice as well as work on evenings, weekends and holidays.
